Right of withdrawal

For purchases made at a distance, you may cancel within 7 days of receipt, as provided in article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defence Code.

We accept exchanges within 30 days when the product is in its original condition.

Products with manufacturing defects will be repaired, replaced or refunded as required by law.

Refunds are made by the same payment method used in the purchase.
